Welcome to Visraonj Portal. By accessing our website, using our premium digital tools, participating in our gaming hub, or purchasing products from our E-Commerce Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Virtual Coins & Pro Subscriptions (कॉइन्स और प्रो प्लान)
Visraonj operates on a hybrid model offering both Free and Premium tiers. The Visraonj Coins are a virtual, non-transferable digital currency used exclusively to access premium features (like Social Pulse, Image Steganography, etc.) within our portal.
- Virtual coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or transferred to other user accounts.
- PRO and PRO MAX subscriptions grant unlimited access as described on the pricing page. The terms of these subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. E-Commerce Store (विश्रांज ई-कॉमर्स स्टोर)
When purchasing physical items (like T-Shirts, Keyboards, or Electronics) from the Visraonj E-Commerce Store:
- All transactions are processed securely via approved payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe).
- Orders will be dispatched to the exact address provided during checkout (or auto-detected via GPS). Visraonj is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by inaccurate address submissions.
- For physical goods, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
5. Intellectual Property (बौद्धिक संपदा)
All source code, UI/UX designs (including our custom Glassmorphism themes), logos, and proprietary algorithms hosted on mrprofessor.vercel.app are the exclusive intellectual property of Visraonj. Unauthorized cloning, redistribution, or commercial resale of our tools is strictly prohibited.
