1. Account & Authentication Data (यूज़र डेटा और लॉगिन)
To provide you with secure access to our Premium Tools, Coin Wallet, and PRO subscriptions, we require users to authenticate via Google Login or Email Registration. We utilize Google Firebase Authentication, a highly secure, enterprise-grade system. We collect only the absolute minimum data required:
- Basic Info: Your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (for UI display).
- Wallet Data: Your UID (Unique ID) to track your remaining virtual coins and active PRO subscriptions.
- Security: We do not have access to your passwords. All passwords are encrypted and managed directly by Google's secure servers.
3. WebRTC & Gaming Communications (वीडियो चैट और गेमिंग)
Our multiplayer features, including the Gaming Hub and Share TV (Random Video Chat), operate on Peer-to-Peer (P2P) WebRTC connections. Audio and video streams are transmitted directly between the connected users. Visraonj does not route these media streams through our central databases, meaning we do not record, monitor, or store your live conversations.
5. Data Deletion & CCPA/GDPR Rights (डेटा मिटाने का अधिकार)
You have full control over your digital footprint. Under GDPR and CCPA regulations, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your Visraonj account and associated coin/subscription data. If you wish to permanently delete your UID from our Firebase database, please contact our support team, and the action will be executed within 48 hours.
6. COPPA Compliance (Children's Privacy)
Protecting children online is critical. Visraonj does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided such information on our platform, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly remove the data from our records.
